Paul Gascoigne and Boris Becker are to star in a celebrity England v Germany football match to celebrate the 40th anniversary of England's 1966 World Cup victory.
Actor Sean Bean will line up for the home side alongside former players Chris Waddle, Graeme Le Saux and Matt Le Tissier.
Rugby star Lawrence Dallaglio and former boxing champion Nigel Benn are also in the squad.
England V Germany: The Legends will take place at Reading's Madejski stadium on May 3 and will be broadcast live on Five.
"I can't wait to get the England shirt on again and to play against the German team," said Gazza.
"We are putting together a great team of English legends and we won't be letting Boris take the trophy home."
Further details of the line-up will be announced in the coming weeks.
Proceeds will go to the Red Cross and The Bobby Moore Fund, established by the football legend's wife Stephanie to raise money for research into bowel cancer. Moore died from the disease in 1993 aged 51.
Stephanie Moore said: "I am delighted that England V Germany: The Legends is supporting the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK. My hope is that, in the future, many more lives can be saved from this devastating disease. The money raised will help give others hope, a better quality of life and maybe, one day, a future free from the fear of bowel cancer."
This is the second celebrity football match planned for the run-up to the World Cup. Robbie Williams and Gordon Ramsay are captaining the teams for Soccer Aid, which will raise money for Unicef, with Terry Venables and Sir Alex Ferguson as managers.
