Oct. 8--CRAWFORD -- Crawford made sure Kelly's long road trip would be a disappointing one, scoring 13 points in the fourth quarter to cap a 34-14 win over the Bulldogs on Saturday afternoon. Crawford quarterback Brett Duncan was the star, throwing two touchdowns and running in another. He opened the scoring with a 43-yard pass to Grayson Buster with 11:51 left in the second quarter to give his team a 7-0 lead. He extended that lead to 21-7 midway through the third quarter with a 10-yard scoring pass to Travis Slaughter. His 3-yard scoring run early in the fourth gave his team a 28-14 advantage. Kelly got a pair of touchdown passes from quarterback Doug Prewitt. Prewitt came on in the second quarter in place of the injured Anthony Fazio and threw for 266 yards. He had a 49-yard touchdown pass to Jacolbie Wilson in the second quarter and a 19-yard scoring toss to Sean Bean late in the third quarter that got the Bulldogs within 21-14. With the loss, Kelly falls to 3-3. The Bulldogs face St. Pius on Oct. 13.
